摘要
兔小腿皮肤和骨损伤后,经1天、4天、7天、14天、21天、28天,分别用光镜及电镜进行了观察,并计算ra/fa和ccn/acn值。结果表明:①皮肤损伤后4天,纤维母细胞内浆网扩张,7天达最高峰,ra/fa为23.13%,14天后缩小;②皮肤损伤1天,即出现肌纤维母细胞,损伤4天胞浆内出现微丝束,7天~14天微丝束最多;③骨损伤切口细胞数在1天最多,ccn/acn值最高,4天和7天也较多,14天和21天下降,28天仍未降至正常。这些变化规律为损伤时间推断提供新的定量指标。
Experimental incised wounds were made on the skin and bone of rabbit’s legs under anesthesia using aseptic technique.After 1,4,7,14,21 and 28 dags,wounds were observed under light and electronic microscope,the ra/fa ratio and ccn/acn ratio were calculated.The results were as follows:(1)The endoplasmic reticulum of fibroblast expanded in 4 days after wounding,with the ra/fa ratio 23.13% at this time,and reduced 14 days after wounding.(2)The myofibroblasts appeared in l day after wounding.The microfilaments appeared in 4 days after wounding and reached a maximum gradually from the 7th to the 14th day.(3)The ccn/acn ratio at bone were the highest in lday after wounding,reduced from the 14th to the 21st day and did not drop to normal in 28 days after wounding.
