高效液相色谱法快速测定硫酸氯吡格雷片的含量 被引量：1

摘要 目的:建立快速测定硫酸氯吡格雷片含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(50mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈(含1%异丙醇和0.01%七氟丁酸)-水(含1%异丙醇和0.01%七氟丁酸)(55∶45,v/v),流速2.0mL.min-1;检测波长为270nm。结果:氯吡格雷的保留时间为2.5min。氯吡格雷在5～400mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为0.82%(n=6)。结论:方法简便快速,灵敏、准确,适用于快速测定硫酸氯吡格雷片中氯吡格雷的含量,可作为氯吡格雷制剂的质量控制方法。
