摘要
根据国营企业经营者年薪制的考核问题进行分析,明确了考核主体,设计考核指标体系,以此来折射出国企经营者工作的努力程度及其成效。还应用层次分析法对指标体系的因素确定权重、应用模糊数学和灰色系统理论对指标体系中的定性指标进行量化、最后应用多目标线性加权和法确定指标体系的评价值。最终目的是希望国企经营者年薪制能真正起到激励、约束作用。
This paper puts great emphasis on the discussion of achievement evaluation problem of top managers in state-owned enterprises,definses the principal part of evaluation,and designs the evaluating index system,thus reflecting the diligent degree and result of top managers in state-owned enterprises. It also makes use of the importance degree of the factors in the index system by means of AHP, and gives the method of quantitative analysis to those qualitative elements by Fuzzy theory and Grey theory, Finally it forms the evaluating result of the system by multi-object linar weight. Hoping that the annual salary system of top managers in state-owned enterprises can have achieve the effect of incentive and restriction.
