摘要
了解活性炭在临床解毒中的应用情况。通过查阅近十年的文献,从活性炭解有机磷农药中毒、吸附破伤风毒素、戒断吗啡毒瘾、吸附铅中毒及药物中毒等方面进行综述。活性炭可以抑制毒素水解吸收,清除体内毒素,在临床解毒应用中可以发挥重要的作用。
The clinical application of detoxification with activated charcoal was known. The detoxification of activated charcoal in organophosphorous pesticide, drug poisoning, molybdosis and abstinence of morphine was summarized in recent 10 years. The activated charcoal has been able to detoxify the bodies and has an important position in the clinical of detoxification.
