摘要
环境教育是贯彻环境保护这一基本国策的基础工程,是我国可持续发展能力建设的重要内容。针对我国对环境科学类人才的需求现状和当前的社会经济特点,从用人单位的角度,通过专业技能素质再学习再教育、思想素质教育、职业素质教育、人文素质教育和心理素质教育等方面的论述,对高素质、社会型环境科学类人才的培养、成长问题进行了分析。提出了如何注重综合素质的提高和不断进行全面素质教育有效途径的建议。
Environmental education is not only a foundation project to implement the national fundamental policy of environment protection, but also an important part of capacity building for China＇s sustainable development. According to status quo of the demand of qualified personnel in speciality of environmental sciences and the current socio-economic characteristics, the training and maturing of high quality and socio-conforming scientific and technical talents were analysed from the view of employers through expounding diverse aspects including the re-study and re-education of vocational ability, as well as ideological, professional, humane and psychological quality education, and etc. Some points have been proposed about how to lay stress on the enhancement of overall quality and to continuously conduct comprehensive quality education in an effective way.
