药物对旋毛虫病沙鼠脑及心肌NO合成及组织病理的作用 被引量:1

Effects of Medicines on NO Production and Tissue Pathological Changes in Brain and Cardiac Muscle of Mongolian jirds Infected with Trichinella spiralis

摘要 目的探讨IFN-γ、L-Arg及L-NNA对旋毛虫病沙鼠的脑及心肌NO合成和脑组织病理变化的影响。方法经腹腔给予感染旋毛虫后不同时期的沙鼠不同剂量的IFN-γ、L-Arg及L-NNA,检测沙鼠脑及心肌的NO含量,并观察脑组织的病理变化。结果IFN-γ和L-Arg组沙鼠脑及心肌NO含量明显升高,且随药物浓度的增加而升高。给予L-NNA后,脑和心肌组织阴性对照组、脑7d组及心肌7d组和40d组的NO含量明显降低,且随药物浓度的增加而降低;脑25d组、40d组及心肌25d组的NO量则明显升高,且随药物浓度的增加而升高。大脑组织未见明显病理改变。结论IFN-γ和L-Arg能促进旋毛虫病的沙鼠脑及心肌的NO合成,给予L-NNA后对不同时期及不同组织则表现出不同的增强或抑制NO合成的双重作用。 Objective To study the effects of IFN-γ, L-Arg and L-NNA on NO productions in brain and cardiac muscle of Mongolian jirds infected with Trichinella spiralis ; and observe the pathological changes of the brain. Method Different doses of IFN-γ, L-Arg or L-NNA were injected into the abdominal cavities of M-jirds at different time after infection. NO production and pathological changes of the brain were determined. Result In the brain and cardiac muscle the NO contents of IFN-γ treated goup and L-Arg treated goup were all significantly increased with increased concentration of IFN-γ and L-Arg. After giving L-NNA, it showed significantly dosage dependent depressed of the NO contents in the brain and cardiac muscle of negative control group, in brain 7d group, cardiac 7d group and 40 d group, but increased in brain 25 d group and 40 d group, and cardiac 25 d group. Conclusion IFN-γ and L-Arg can promote synthesis of NO in brain and cardiac muscle of M.jirds infected with T.spiralis. L-NNA shows dual effects of promotion or inhibition in NO synthesis of brain and cardiac muscle.
