摘要
中国管理人性论具有"社会/群体本位""价值本位"的特点,而西方管理人性论具有"自然/个体本位""事实本位"的特点。基于中国"阴阳和合"哲学思想以及西方"和谐辩证"哲学思想,文章建构了"中西合璧式"的管理人性论——"全面和谐人"人性假设,认为人是个体自然性和群体社会性、事实性和价值性存在的和谐统一体。
The theory of humanity in Chinese management is of "social / group - based" and "value- based" feature, while that in Western management has got "natural / individual-based" and "fact-based" characteristics. Based on China's "Yin-Yang harmony and cooperation" and Western "harmony dialectic" philosophy, we ideally construct "Chinese-Western" theory of humanity in management--the "comprehensive harmony" humanity hypothesis. That is, the human is a harmonious whole, containing the individual nature and the social groups, and the existence of the fact and the value.
