摘要
为了提高护理学专业学生的人文素质，我们通过对在校护理学专业学生早期启动牛涯规划和辅导、营造人性化关怀的护理人文氛围、课堂教学渗透人性化服务意识、临床实习夯实人性化服务意识等方法，培养学生的人性化服务意识，从而提高了他们的人文素质。
In this paper the cultivation methods of nursing student＇s humanistic service consciousness was explored. The methods encompassed the early stage professional planning and consulting, the cultural environment establishing, as well as the step-by-step professional instructing and clinical practice training on this issue. Good effect was gotten through the utilization of these methods.
