摘要
本文对国内外坐标测量机上形位误差检测方法进行了综述。指出只有最小条件法才是符合ＩＳＯ标准的形位误差评定方法。
This paper is summary about study′s method of form and position errors′ inspection and evaluation by three coordinate measuring machines in the world.It′s said that mini-condition algorithm of form and position tolerance accords with ISO standard of form and position tolerance.
