摘要
在总结传统的石灰法处理钛白酸性废水存在问题的基础上,进行了非石灰法处理钛白酸性废水的探索,该处理方法最终的泥渣量仅为石灰法的1/4~1/3;大分子量阳离子有机高分子絮凝剂对其有较好的沉降效果,相应的最佳投加剂量为1.25mg/L,且分子量对沉降作用的影响强于其电荷对沉降作用的影响.
On the basis of summing up the disadvantages of the traditional lime-treatment-process used in the treatment of titanium dioxide acidic wastewater, a new non-lime treatment process is explored. The final sludge created by using the new method is only about 1/4-1/3 of that of traditional lime-treatment-process. Large mo- lecular weight cationic organic polymer floeculants shows perfect effect in the settlement, the corresponding best dose being 1.25 mg/L. The impact of molecular weight on settlement effect is much heavier than that of large molecular weight cationic organic polymer ilocculant.
