摘要
系统介绍了大坝隐患探测技术与其适用性,以及水库大坝安全评价的原则、项目、内容、方法、途径、标准(准则)与分类;分析总结了大坝隐患探测与安全评价中存在的主要问题,并提出了改进建议。
The paper systematically introduces the detection technology of defect of dams and its application, and principle, project content, method, path and standard （norm） and classification of dam safety assessment. It also summarizes the main problems existed in detection of dam defect and safety assessment and then recommendations are made.
