超氧化物歧化酶防治口腔粘膜炎性损害的给药方案设计 被引量:1

The administration scheme of superoxide dismutase (SOD) against inflammatory lesion in animal oral mucosa.

摘要 本实验利用甲基紫精(PQ)诱导的金黄地鼠郏囊急性炎症损害模型,设计、选择超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)防治该模型损害的给药方案,包括给药途径、给药剂量以及给药次数、间隔时间等方面的内容。结果最佳给药方案为:于造模前、后1.5h在地鼠须囊粘膜下注入0.1ml2.5%SOD溶液各1次。SOD最佳给药方案的确定,有利于在合理、节约用药的前提下,获得尽量满意的疗效。 In the present study, the administration scheme of superoxide dismutase (SOD) againstparaquat-induced inflanmation in hamster oral mucosa was designed and selected. The optimal administration scheme of SOD was that 0.1ml 2. 5% SOD solution was injected into the hamster cheek pouch1. 5 h before and the same duration after the establishmant of animal model.
