摘要 介绍在教学实验中分别采用SDS法和CTAB法对辣椒基因DNA进行提取的过程,结果表明,改进的CTAB法提取的DNA含量较高且纯度较好;同时发现在电泳检测过程中,恒定电流检测图像结果中呈现的基因组DNA条带要比恒定电压检测结果平整。 The study introduced the process of DNA extracted by SDS and CTAB way respectively in experiment teaching, the results showed that the contents and purify of DNA was better extracted by the improved CTAB way. And the results of electrophoresis figure showed that invariable current was better than invariable pressure in electrophoresis.
