摘要
介绍设计研制的用于S195气缸套生产线的微机控制系统,包括割料、粗车、半精车专用车床和四轴四联动组合车床,优化了生产工艺.
In this paper, we introduced a microcomputer controlled system which was used for S195 cylinder sleeve manufacturing lines. We also designed a four axises and four linked combination lathe. A special lathe for cutting material rough turn and half-fine turn was designed,A optimizing production process was achieved.
