对自我效能理论的概念、来源、作用机制、特征维度、测评原则和方法及其在护理领域的研究现状进行综述,探讨自我效能理论在护理理论研究和临床实践中的应用和发展趋势。
It summarized the definition, the source, the mechanism of action, the feature dimension, the principle of evaluation, and method of selfefficacy theory and its research status quo in nursing field. And it probed into the application and developmental tendency of selfefficacy theory in both nursing theoretical study and clinical practice.
