摘要
介绍基于LabVIEW和声卡的机床噪音测试分析系统的实现技术,通过软件编程实现噪声信号的读取、记录、实时分析、A计权声级的测量以及远程测量等功能。通过虚拟仪器技术的应用,大大简化传统的噪声测量仪器,节约了测试系统开发的时间和成本,为高校改善实验条件,提高教学质量,提供一种新的途径。
This article introduced a test and analysis system for noise of machine tool based on LabVIEW and sound card. It mainly introduced how to realize the function of noise signal reading, data recording, real-time analying, Aweighted sound level measuring, remote measuring and so on through the software programming . Through the virtual in- strumentation technology application, this system can, simplify the traditional noise test instrument, save the time and the cost. It can provide a new wayfor improving the experimental condition and the quality of teaching.
