摘要
采集兔豆状囊尾蚴并感染犬,收集成熟豆状带绦虫头节,将新鲜豆状囊尾蚴和胆汁法翻出头节的豆状囊尾蚴以及豆状带绦虫头节用多聚甲醛固定,石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜下观察了成熟豆状囊尾蚴和豆状带绦虫头节的组织结构。结果表明,豆状囊尾蚴和豆状带绦虫均有4个吸盘,37个小钩分内、外两圈排列在顶突上。豆状囊尾蚴有2个囊腔,较小的囊腔包括头节和颈部,较大的囊腔包括囊壁和囊液;豆状囊尾蚴的小钩有芯髓,豆状带绦虫的小钩无芯髓,小钩横切直径为0.79~1.32μm,芯髓直径为0.053~0.106μm;翻出头节的豆状囊尾蚴可明显地分为头节、颈部和囊泡3个部分,其中颈部有用以形成节片的棘。证明豆状囊尾蚴有较健全的排泄系统,其囊壁结构和一般绦虫蚴相同,豆状囊尾蚴2个囊腔的组成也和猪囊尾蚴相同。
To observe the structures of mature Cysticercus pisiforrnis and scolex of Taenia pisiformis,C, pisiformis were collected from rabbits and the infected dogs. The mature scolex of T. pisiformis was gathered. The structures of mature C. pisiforrnis,evaginated scolex of C. pisiforrnis and scolex of T. pisiformis were observed by optical microscope with polyoxymethylene fixation, paraffin section and HE staining. There were 4 suckers in C. pisiformis and the scolex of T. pisiformis,and 37 hooks in the rostellum arranging with inner and outer rings. C. pisiformis consisted of two chambers, and the small one included the scolex and neck,the larger one included hydatid fluid and the cystic wall. There were core marrows in each hooks of C. pisiformis, but not in the hooks of T. pisiformis. The transection diameter of hook and the core marrow was 0.79-1.32 μm and 0. 053-0. 106 μm,respectively. The evaginated scolex of C. pisiforrnis was composed of scolex, neck and cyst, and there were some prickles which might differentiate into proglottids in the neck segment. The results showed that the structures of cystic wall of C. pisiforrnis was same as larva of the common tapeworm, C. pisiformis had the perfect excretory system, and two chambers of C. pisiforrnis had the same composition as Cysticercus cellulosae.
