摘要
目的:观察survivin蛋白和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)受体FIk1在不同病理类型及不同临床分期的非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达规律并探讨其相互关系。方法:采用临床NSCLC患者病理标本进行研究,NSCLC组为56例非小细胞肺癌肿瘤病理标本,患者临床资料分类中,临床Ⅰ期15例、Ⅱ期28例、Ⅲ期13例,病理分级分类中高分化肿瘤16例、中分化肿瘤22例、低分化肿瘤18例,对照组为18例癌旁组织。采用SABC法进行survivin蛋白和FIk1蛋白表达的免疫组织化学检测,分析染色结果确定阳性和阴性。结果:56例NSCLC中44例survivin表达阳性,survivin阳性率为78.6%(44/56),显著高于癌旁组。survivin阳性表达在不同NSCLC肿瘤病理分级中相差显著,在不同临床分期、不同淋巴结转移中显著不同。56例NSCLC中42例FIk1表达阳性,占75.0%(42/56),显著高于癌旁组。FIk1阳性表达在不同NSCLC肿瘤病理分级中相差显著,在不同临床分期、不同淋巴结转移中显著不同。NSCLC中survivin与FIk1阳性表达显著相关。结论:Survivin和FIk1共同高表达与NSCLC发生发展及浸润转移有显著关系。
Objective ：To observe the expression regulation of survivin and Flk1 whieh the reeeptor of VEGF in nonsmall-cell lung cancer （NSCLC） was in of different pathological type and different clinical stage and to explore the relationship between them.Methods： Specimens with patients of NSCLC were included in this experiment.56 speeimens of patients with NSCLC were in the NSCLC group.In this group,15 eases were in clinical stage Ⅰ ,28 in clinical stage Ⅱ and 13 in clinical stage Ⅲ.In the pathological type classification, there were 16 eases in the well differentiated tumors,22 eases in the moderately differentiated tumors and 18 eases in the poorly differentiated.18 latero-tissues away from NSCLC were included in the eontrol group. The expression of survivin and Flk1 was detected with the technology of SABC immunohistoehemistry stain.The end of the stain was definited as negative or positive.Results ： In 56 eases of the NSCLC group,the survivin protein expression was positive in 44 cases,The positive rate was 78.6% ,which was significantly higher than that in the eontrol group.The expressing rates of survivin in different clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis were not in the same level.In the NSCLC group,the Flk1 expression was positive in 42 eases. The positive rate was 75.0% ,whieh was significantly higher than that in the control group.The expressing rates of Flk1 in different pathological type, different clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis were not in the same level.The positive expression of survivin and Flkl were significantly eorrelated.Conclnsion：The high correlated expressions of survivin and Flk1 play important role in the oeeurrenee, progress and infiltration of NSCLC.
