摘要
利用Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire的自由能函数和点群4/mmm的对称性质给出了钛酸铋的弹性吉布斯自由能的表达式,并确定了能量函数表达式的系数,计算出零应力条件下Bi4Ti3O12晶体的自发应变、自发极化、介电常数与温度的关系.
The expansion formula of elastic Gibbs free energy of bismuth titanate has been derived by using the free energy function of Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire and symmetrical properties of point group 4/ mmm , and the coefficients of expansion formula of energy function have also been determined. The temperature dependences of spontaneous strain, spontaneous polorization and dielectric constant under the zero stress have been calculated.
