摘要
在对战略性贸易政策重要成果综述的基础上,提出引入自主创新对战略性贸易政策理论在中国进行应用具有重要的意义,并构建了一个战略性自主创新政策理论的基本框架。
Over 20 years,there are amount of theoretical and practical achievements in Strategic Trade Policy.The strategic trade police,because of its strong protecitionsm＇s point of view,which are falling away the idea of free trade,is incurred the opposition by many econmomists.Based on the overview of the important achievements in strategic trade policy,the paper puts forward that it is significant to China to use Strategic Trade Policy by introducing the independent innovation.The article also forms a theoretical frame for strategic independent innovation policy.
