Kinetics of Extracting Copper from Alkaline Cyanide Solution by Trialkyl-Methyl Ammonium Chloride

摘要 用N_263(氯化三烷基甲基铵)-煤油体系作为有机相,在一恒界面池内进行了文题的研究。结果表明,铜的萃取速率与两相搅拌强度无关,但正比于两相的接触界面积和有机相中萃取剂浓度,萃取反应过程的表观活化能为18750J/mol。对系统进行理论分析的结果可知,铜的萃取反应过程为反应与扩散在水膜内并列进行的过程,但其主要特征表现为包含水膜的界面反应。在实验基础上建立了萃取动力学模型,其计算值与实验值的平均偏差为4.9%。 Study on the kinetics of extracting copper from alkaline cyanide solution by trialkyl-methyl ammonium chloride (N_(263)) was carried out in a Lewis cell.Experimental results showed that the stirring speed of agitators in the two phases did not seem to have any significant effect on the extracting rate of copper. However, the extracting rate of copper was apparently proportional to the interracial area between the two phases and the concentration of extractant. The value of activation energy for the extracting process was determined to be 18.750 kJ/mol. It was found from theoretical analyses and experimental data that the solvent extraction of copper with N_(263) was a process in which the chemical reaction and diffusion took place simultaneously inside the water membrane and a feature of interracial chemical reaction was characterized. Mathematical model was established from experimental results obtained and the average deviation of computed values from experimental data was found to be 4.9%.
