背景:近年来仪器测色逐渐应用于牙科修复,但电脑比色能否替代传统的比色板视觉直观比色尚无定论。目的:对比3种电脑比色仪选色和比色板目测法选色之间的差异,探讨计算机技术选色方法在烤瓷修复中的应用效果。设计、时间地点:观察对比实验,于2005-11/2007-02在解放军第三五九医院口腔科进行。对象:牙体修复患者64例242个修复体,随机分为4组,每组16例。方法:前3组患者分别采用市场上常见的3种比色仪Shade-Eye-NCC,Vita Easyshade及ShadeVision进行比色,另外1组由4名口腔修复专业医师用Vitapan 3D-Master比色板进行比色。4组患者比色完成后由同一技师根据各组所选颜色制作相应的烤瓷冠修复体。主要观察指标:统计软件分析其色调符合率;修复体制作完成后,分别在模型上和在口腔内核对颜色,记录患者满意率,评价颜色复制效果。结果:使用Vitapan 3D-Master比色板的色调符合率和满意度均高于其他3组(P<0.05);而Shade-Eye-NCC和Vita Easyshade比色仪与ShadeVision相比可得到较好的效果(P<0.05);Shade-Eye-NCC和Vita Easyshade之间无明显区别。结论:电脑比色仪测色的色调符合率还不高,临床修复患者满意度比目测法差,结果提示电脑比色仪测色目前尚不能代替目测法比色。
BACKGROUND: Recently, device for color detection is used in dental repair. However, whether computer-aided shade devices can replace traditional dental shade guide is still uncertain. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical effect of three different computer-aided tooth shade devices and dental shade guide in teeth color matching. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Comparison and observation were performed at the Department of Stomatology, the 359 Hospital of Chinese PLA between November 2005 and February 2007. PARTICIPANTS: Sixty-four patients (242 dental restorations) were included and randomly divided into 4 groups (n=16). METHODS: Color detection of the first three groups was conducted using three kinds of computer-aided tooth shade devices, including Shade-Eye-NCC, Vita Easyshade and ShadeVision, and the other group was detected using dental shade guide (Vitapan 3D-Master). Ceramic full crown was made according to selected color. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The rates of agreement of three actual devices were analyzed. After restoration, the rates of satisfaction of color check were recorded to evaluate color replication effect. RESULTS: The best performance was available by Vitapan 3D-Master (P 〈 0.05). The better agreement and satisfactory of the evaluated devices was obtained--generally as well as among the human testers--by Shade-Eye-NCC and Vita Easyshade system compared with ShadeVision system (P 〈 0.05). While no obvious differences were shown between Shade-Eye-NCC and Vita Easyshade system. CONCLUSION: Rates of color agreement using computer-aided color shade determination is not high, and the satisfactory rate is lower than visual detection. Thus, currently, computer-aided color shade determination could not replace visual detection.
