摘要
目的:探讨国产生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法:65例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例给予国产生长抑素治疗,对照组35例给予垂体后叶素治疗;观察两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应少;住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:国产生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血效果显著。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effects of domestic somatostafin on the hemorrhage of rupture of the varicoesophagus and funds ventricular varicosity. Methods： Sixty-five patients with the hemorrhage of rupture of the varicoesophagus and funds ventricular varicosity were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （30cases） received domestic somatostatin, the control group（35 cases） were treated by pituitrin. The effects and the adverse event of each group were observed after the treatment. Results： The domestic somatostatin had mild adverse effects, and were more effective than pituitrin （P〈0.05）, and the length of hospital stay were shorter in the therapy group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Domestic somatostatin has a significant effect on the hemorrhage of the rupture of the varicoesophagus and funds ventricular varicosity.
