摘要
黄磷生产为高能耗产业,生产1t黄磷的电耗平均达15780kwh。通过对贵州某黄磷厂3号炉的核算表明,反应消耗48.02%,炉渣形成耗38.45%,炉气耗5.78%,磷铁耗0.38%,热损失耗7.37%。提高原料质量、精料入炉、采用烧结处理磷矿等都会达到降低电耗的效果。
The production of yellow phosphorus is a high energyexending industry.In this paper,the results of check and analysis.show that the distribution of energy expenditure is as follows:reastion 48.02%,fomation of slag 38.45%,furnace gas 5.78%,ferrophosphor 0.38%,and thermal loss 7.37%。To decrease the expenditure of energy,it is essential to feed high quality crude materials,screen and dry the burden,and sinter the phosphorite.
