摘要
针对现行合理低价评标方法中存在的问题,对比分析和总结了离差最大化算法评标的适用性和优点,并详细介绍了离差最大化算法的评标模型、评标操作步骤和方法。通过典型案例进一步验证了该方法的可行性。在案例中还结合实际数据给出了利用Matlab求解的部分程序。
Based on the problems in present reasonable lower price in biding appraise, compare, analysis and summarize the applicability and excellent of deviation maximize algorithm, introduce model of deviation maximize algorithm, steps and method of biding appraise. The feasibility of this method was validated by the typical case. According to the real data from the case, the part of Matlab program was gained.
