摘要
本文报道妇科良性疾病手术时附带切除阑尾９０例，经病理组织学证实５８例（６４５％）有炎症改变；２０例（２２２％）存在阑尾粪石；１例（１１％）发生癌变；正常阑尾１１例（１２２％）。认为妇科良性疾病手术时附带切除病理性阑尾有一定的积极意义。
This paper reports appendix of ninety patients were removed in operation of benign diseases of gynecology.Confirmed after operation by histopathology patients 58 patients(64.5%) had inflammation 20 patients of them (22.2%) had appendiceal stercorolith.One of then(1.1%),had canceration twelev(12.2%)had normal.The authors of the paper suggests the pathologic removed appendix is significant in operation of benign diseases of gynecology.
