摘要
从目前医学生素质方面存在的问题来看,社会实践活动是医学院校德育工作的重要组成部分,是提高医学生综合素质的有效途径,医学院校应组织和鼓励医学生积极参加社会实践活动。
According to the problem of the qualities which is present in medical students, we raise that： social practice, as an effective way which can improve the composite qualities of medical students, is one important part to put moral education of Medical College into practice. Medical Colleges should organize and encourage the medical students to take part in the social practice actively.
