摘要
松潘县川主寺镇LNG汽化工程,根据GB 50026—2006城镇燃气设计规范的要求,需要对场站工艺、消防等多方面进行调整。此工程采用水套加热炉工艺,与常规LNG水浴式汽化器加热工艺相比较,为满足LNG低温要求,将水套加热炉里盘管材质变为耐低温材料的0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢材料,由此提出了新的汽化方案,即在冬季通过水套炉将天然气进行加热。该方案简化了LNG汽化工艺流程,减少了锅炉等附属设施,节约了成本,同时为今后类似的工程实践提供了借鉴意义。
LNG gasification project in songpan county chuanzhusi town, according to GB 50026--2006 code for design of city gas engineering , adjust the station technology, fire fighting, and many aspects. In view of this project, using water jacket furnace process, compared with LNG-water bath with conventional heating process, to meet the requirements of low-temperature of LNG, changed coil sets of material in the water heater into low-temperature-resistant materials 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel material, thus proposed a new gasification program which is using the water jacket for heating natural gas in winter. This program simplifies LNG vaporization process, reduces the boiler and other ancillary facilities, saves the cost, and provides a reference practice for similar projects for the future.
