摘要
目的了解克拉玛依市娱乐场所女性性服务人员(FEW)艾滋病(AIDS)/性传播疾病(STD)的危险行为和影响因素,为安全套使用项目的终期评估提供依据。方法对17家克拉玛依区和白碱滩区娱乐场所共268名FSW开展AIDS知识、行为学问卷调查,并抽取5 ml外周静脉血进行HIV抗体、乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和梅毒检测。结果FSW大多数来自外省市,文化程度以初中及以下为主。艾滋病三种传播途径知晓率较高,在92.16%～95.15%之间,但对其他个别知识点仍缺乏理解。与客人发生性关系时,最近一次安全套使用比例为64.84%,过去一个月安全套每次使用比例为56.04%。HIV、梅毒和乙肝(HBV)阳性率分别为0.75%、2.99%和7.09%。结论克拉玛依市娱乐场所FEW具有一定的预防意识,但仍存在感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的风险,为进一步有效阻止经性途径传播AIDS/STD,在FEW中开展行为干预和安全套使用迫在眉捷。
Objective To explore risk behaviors and influencing factors on AIDS/STD infection among female sex workers （FSWs） in entertainment establishments, and to provide evidence for final evaluation of condom extended use. Methods Two hundreds and sixty eight female sex workers coming from entertainment establishments in karamay received questionnaire survey on knowledge and behavior of AIDS and were taken 5 ml of blood for detection of HIV antibodies, hepatitis B virus surface antigen （HBsAg） and syphilis. Results Most of FSWs coming from other provinces and cities had poor education. The awareness rates of three transmissions of AIDS were between 92. 16% and 95.15% in FSWs, but the awareness of other related knowledge was still low. 64. 84% of FSWs used condoms in the last commercial sex trade, and 56.04% used condoms in each commercial sex trade during the last month. HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B （HBV） detection rates were 0. 75%, 2. 99% and 7. 09%, respectively. Conclusion Though they had some preventive knowledge, there was still the risk of HIV infection among female sex workers in Karamay. Behavior intervention and condom extended use should be developed among female sex workers as soon as possible to effectively prevent AIDS/STD transmission.
