摘要
利用短弧氙灯模拟AM1.5太阳光,通过数据采集模块采集初始电流、电压、温度、光谱响应参数,经Lab-VIEW和Matlab运算修正复现后,得到标准条件下的I-V特性曲线.该系统具有很高的精确度、自动化程度和可靠性的同时,还具有灵活的测试范围,适用于实验教学.
The system simulates AM1. 5 solar light by using Xe-light and obtains original parameters such as current, voltage, temperature and spectral response through the DAQ module. After numerical correction by Matlab and LabVIEW, the I-V curve in the standard testing condition is obtained. The testing system is with high precision, automation and reliability. In the meantime, since it is with diverse testing range, it is suitable for teaching purpose.
