摘要
针对目前气象部门普遍使用的传统的湿度计量检定设备进行自动化改造,阐述了改造的整体思路,给出了接口电路和气路机械控制的设计原理,以及软件设计流程;在WindowsXP系统下采用串行通信技术实现检定数据自动采集、自动处理数据和自动打印检定证,并建立检定数据库;应用结果表明,经过改造后的湿度检定系统实现了全程检定自动化,大大减轻劳动强度,显著减少人为误差,缩短检定时间,提高工作效率,具有较高的推广使用价值。
This article makes the automated transformation in view of the present Meteorological department universal use's tradition's humidity measurement examination equipment, elaborated the transformation overall mentality, has given the interface circuit and the air course mechanism control principle of design, as well as the software design flow, uses the serial mechanics of communication under the WindowsXP system to realize the examination data to gather automatically, the automatic reduction data and the automatic printing examination card, and establishes the examination database. The application result indicated that after undergoing the transformation the humidity examination system has realized the entire journey examination automation, reduces the labor intensity greatly, the remarkable reduced personal error, reduces the examination time, obviously raises the working efficiency, has the high promotion use value.
