摘要
目的:了解影响育龄妇女避孕方法选择和避孕效果的因素,为提高妇女避孕有效率提供建议。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对2006年5月～2007年5月在我校附院妇产科门诊,要求人工流产的妇女826例进行横断面调查。结果:年龄、文化程度、婚育情况不同,避孕方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:年龄、文化程度、婚育情况是影响育龄妇女避孕措施选择的主要因素;避孕知识缺乏、侥幸心理、避孕方法不当是影响育龄妇女避孕效果的主要因素。重视避孕,正确使用避孕方法是提高育龄妇女避孕有效率的重要方面。
Objective ： To understand the factors of contraceptive choices and their effect in reproductive - age women, and to provide suggestion on enhancing contraception rate. Methods： Random cluster sampling was adopted to investigate 826 women who required induced abortion from May 2006 to May 2007. Results： It shows significant differences of contraception choices in different age, educational status and marriage situation（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Age, educational status and marriage situation are the main factors of contraceptive choices in reproductive - age women. The short of contraception knowledge, aleatory mentality and improper contraception are the main factors of the contraception effect. It is recommended to attach importance to contraception, and correct contraception measure using is an important way to enhance the contraception rate.
