研究了局部积流形的超曲面，给出了局部积流形的超曲面为一个P-Sasakian流形的充分必要条件，
In this paper,we study the hypersurfaces of a locally product xnanifolds,and give asufficient necessary condition for a hypersurface of a locally product manifold to be a P-Sasakian manifld.
