摘要
提出了一种基于LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic)技术的带通滤波器实现方法.从带通滤波器的等效电路模型出发,在低阻带引入了两个传输零点,并在Ansoft-HFSS中构建物理模型,分别采用电容级间耦合和微带线尺寸跳变来实现这两个传输零点,提高了阻带的衰减性能,同时获得了陡峭的过渡带.滤波器外形尺寸为2.5 mm×2.0 mm×0.9 mm,采用rε=27的陶瓷介质材料,设计出中心频率f0=2.45 GHz,带宽为100 MHz的带通滤波器,通带内损耗不大于2 dB.仿真结果表明,设计能满足要求.
The paper proposes a new method of d technique. Based on the equivalent circuit model of constructed in Ansoft-HFSS with the introduction of zero. These transmissions are realized by capacitive c the stopband attenuation performance and achieve esi b th gning bandpass filter based on LTCC andpass filter, the physical models are e low resistance of the two transmission oupling and microstrip transition. It raises s the steep transition zone. The filter dimensions is 2.5 mm× 2.0 mm ×0.9 mm, using ceramic medium materials with εr = 27. The center frequency is 2.45 GHZ and the bandwidth is 100 MHz. The loss in the bandpass is not more than 2 dB. Simulation results show that the filter can meet the requirements.
