短纤纺丝控制系统是过程控制与运动控制的结合。介绍了浙大中控ECS-100系统在短纤纺丝中的应用,该系统可在实现温度、压力等过程参数控制的同时,通过Profibus-DP主站接口卡与基于Profibus协议的西门子MICROMASTER430变频器相连接,实现拉伸过程的速度控制。
Control system for short fiber production is a combination of process control and motion control. The application of WebField ECS-100 in short fiber production was introduced. WebField ECS-100 can accomplish speed control of drawing process by connecting SIEMENS MICROMASTER 430 VF controlling based on Profibus agreement with Profibus-DP main station input board, WebField ECS-100 ean also manage process parameters like temperature, pressure, ete.
