摘要
目的:探讨平阳霉素加曲安奈德局部注射治疗体表血管瘤及血管畸形的疗效。方法:收集我科2004年3月～2008年1月以平阳霉素加曲安奈德注射治疗体表血管瘤、血管畸形150例(213个皮损)的临床资料进行分析。结果:经过4个月～4年随访,治愈126例,显效17例,无效7例,治愈率达83.33%。结论:平阳霉素加曲安奈德局部注射治疗体表血管瘤及血管畸形具有疗效高、疗程短、副作用少等优点,是一种简便、安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the effects of local injection with pingyangmycin and triamciolone on the superficial hemangioma and vascular malformations. Methods Local injection with pingyangmycin and triamcinolone was performed to treat superficial hemangiomas and vascular malformations in 150 patients that admitted to our department from 2004 to 2008.Then the therapeutic effect was evaluated as cure, effective, ineffective. Results the cure rate was 83.33%, the effective patients 24 cases and the ineffective patients 7 cases. Conclusion Injection of pingyangmycin and triamciolone for superficial hemangioma and vascular malformations is a simple and effective therapy with less complications.
