摘要
利用可靠性增长试验信息进行可靠性综合验证,减少了试验样本量,节约了试验费用和时间,同时降低了风险。对单台系统失效截尾的可靠性增长试验,基于AMSAA模型,给出了利用增长数据进行可靠性验证的统计方案,在增长信息充分的情形下,可直接做出判决,这样就能利用可靠性增长试验代替可靠性验证试验;而在增长信息不够充分,不能直接作出判决时,利用增长试验信息,制订追加试验方案,与传统的定数截尾可靠性验证方案相比,追加试验方案减少了验证试验所需样本量,降低了双方风险。
For reliability compliance test, information of reliability grwoth is applied adequately in reliabilty integrated compliance test to decrease test cost and to reduce risk. For reliability growth test of one single equipment with type Ⅱ censoring, test plan of reliability compliance test with reliability growth data analyzed by AMSAA model is given. If reliability growth information is enough, judgement can be made directly, thus reliabihy growth test can be used to substitute for reliability compliance test; otherwise, superaddition test plan for reliability verification is formulated from reliability growth information, while compared with the tranditional reliability comphance test with type Ⅱ censoring, this is also decreasing sample size and reducing double risks.
