摘要
论述高校财务管理的理念和手段,指出目前高校财务管理工作中存在的一些突出问题,提出高校控制信贷资金风险和规避财务风险的对策。
This paper presents the theory and methods of university financial management,points out key problems in current university financial management,and proposes some strategies to restrain the credit capital risk and to avoid the financial risk.
