摘要
对螺纹件冷滚压工艺进行了力学分析,并用DEFORM软件对螺纹冷滚压过程进行了数值模拟,得到了滚压力及扭矩随滚压时间的变化曲线,验证了理论分析结果的正确性。
The mechanics analyses of the process of thread cold rolling was performed. The variation curve of Rolling force and moment with time were obtained. Its results agree well with the theoretical ones.
