摘要
目的了解老年人髋关节骨折手术前后发生膝关节渗出的原因。方法连续观察８７例患者手术前后膝关节渗出情况及转归。结果术前同侧膝关节渗出发生率７．８％，对侧为１．２％；术后２４例病人（２７．６％）有同侧膝关节渗出。所有发生膝关节渗出的病例在术后３周内全部消退。随机抽取１０例病人的渗出液作实验室检查，显示为非炎症性。结论老年髋部骨折手术前后的膝关节渗出可能为原有损伤所致。
Objective To study knee effusions in elderly patients who were operated on fracture of the hip. Method The incidence and outcome of an effusion in the knee in 87 consecutive elderly patients who had been operated on for the hip was studied. Results The preoperative incidence was 7.8% in the ipsilateral knee and 1.2% in the contralateral knee.Postoperatively,twenty-four (27.6%) had an effusion on the ipsilateral side.All of the effusions subsided completely.within three weeks after the operation.A laboratory examination of a specimen of the effused material showed a non-inflammatory fluid. Conclusion Probably the effusions were traumatic in origin,and it is likely that they were a response incurred during the operation or at the time of fracture.
