摘要
本文在分析现代大学制度内涵的基础上,提出构建大学教学制度是构建现代大学制度的重点。高校本科教学工作水平评估的基本要求是制度化建设,高校应该以评估为契机,坚持发展的原则、特色原则、以人为本的原则和促进教师专业发展的原则,从教学设计、过程管理、自我评价等方面构建现代教学管理制度。
This paper proposes the modern university system construction focuses on the construction of teaching system after analyzing the connotation of modern university system. The the basic requirements of the university assessment is to construct the internal modern university system. Colleges and universities should take the the university assessment as an opportunity, uphold the principle of developing ,the principle of characteristics, the principle of people-centered and the principle of promoting teacher professionaldevelopment and construct a modern teaching management system from the calculium design, process management, self-evaluation.
