摘要
文章通过建立挥发性组分在水泥回转窑系统中循环富集的数学模型.了解平衡状态时窑系统内各挥发性组分的分布状况,从而得到人窑热生料中各挥发性组分的浓度,以此来判断窑系统是否存在结皮堵塞的可能性,并考虑了旁路措施对系统的影响。
Through establishing the mathematic model for recirlculating accumulation of volatile components in the rotary kiln system,this article investigates the distribution of each volatile component in the kiln system inthe balanced state, in order to find out the concentration of volatiles in the hot meal entering the kiln,with which the judgment could be made if there is any possibility of coating and blocking in the kiln system of the impact to the system taking into consideration of the by-pass.
