摘要
管理是人对自然系统和社会系统趋于有序化的治理和控制.它的目的就在于促进系统的有序化.管理科学是管理实践的经验总结与理论升华.它是围绕着管理,对管理哲学、行为科学、运筹学、管理信息学和管理决策学等知识进行综合应用而形成的一个独立的科学体系.
Management means the administration and control of the natural or social systems (i.e.putting them in order) by the human beings.The object of mangement is to accelerate the ordering of the system.The management science is the summary and the theoretieal distillation of the experience from the managemet practice.It is constructed to be an independent scientific system by the comprehensive application of the manage- ment philosophy,behavioural science,operations research,management information and management decision around the management.
