本文介绍了1259酯增塑剂的研制情况.在分析合成反应的机理和配方对产品性能的影响实验的基础上,确定了工艺流程和工艺条件.经工厂试用,结果表明,1259酯增塑剂是一种加工性能和耐寒性较好的增塑剂.
The article reported the dovelopment of 1259 ester plasticizer. It has already studied that the property of the production is affected by the mechanism of synthetic reaction and a direction for producing chemicals. On the base of those mentioned established the procedure and the conditions of the synthetic processing. The testing results for the production in some factories represented that 1259 ester plasticizer had better processibility and good mechanical properties in low temperature.
