高校体育教学融入运动心理学教育的探讨 被引量:19

摘要 高校学生已是成人,高校的体育教师群体素质较高,这为高校体育教学中融入运动心理学教育提供了可能性和必要性.运动心理学提供的诸多手段,解决了高校体育教学中大学生的各种心理问题,进一步动员了大学生的运动能力.在高校体育教学融入运动心理学教育时,教师要加强学习,要注意运动心理学教育的计划性,要遵循其内在的规律.要因时、因地、因人制宜,要注意"个性化"教学.要注意培养学生的普通心理学素养,为运动心理学教育的实施创造条件. College students are grown-ups, and college factors provide possibility and necessity for bringing P.E. teachers are of high quality, and these two sports psychology into P.E. in colleges. Many ways used in sports psychology have solved many psychology problems of students in college P. E. and encouraged the students' movement ability. While taking advantage of sports psychology in college P. E. , however, the teachers should work hard, pay attention to the arrangements of sports psychology teaching, and follow its inside rules. At the same time, the teachers have to suit measures to time, persons and local conditions and attach great importance to "individualized" teaching. In order to produce requirements for putting sports psychology teaching into effect, the teachers should also focus on fostering the students' common psychology quality.
