摘要
基于GSM MODEM技术构建的交通信息平台是对交通监控技术的重要补充,该信息平台的应用可使违章信息从被动查阅转为主动通知,从而改善违章高发路段的交通秩序,为创造安全的交通环境发挥重要的作用。
A comprehensive description is made in this paper if a newly developed GSM MODEM-based short traffic message platform. As an important supplement to the existing traffic control technology, this platform has made it possible to timely notify drivers who have Violated traffic regulations.
