转sck和hpt基因对水稻不育系及其组合农艺性状的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本研究以通过基因枪转化法获得的保持系D62BS-1、2为供体,不育系D62A为受体进行hpt、sck的杂交转移,获得转sck的不育系,并以转育成的不育系D62AS进行杂交配组,对它们进行了遗传表达、农艺性状、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、干物质生产特性、抗虫性的检测。结果表明:sck和hpt能够保持紧密连锁,杂交转移到杂种F1中,但也有极少数的hpt、sck没有实现转移;D62AS及其所配杂交组合的农艺性状、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、干物质生产特性基本保持不变;外源sck基因在杂种F2代按孟德尔单基因显性3:1的方式分离。钻蛀性螟虫危害的水稻白穗植株PCR均检测出阳性株。 Transgenic male sterility line D62AS was gained with maintainer line D62BS-1 and D62BS-2 as provider, male sterility line D62A as receptor, hybrid combination was made with D62AS as male sterility line. D62AS-1 and its genetic expression, agronomic characteristic, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, dry matter accumulation, rice lesf roller resistance were analyzed. The results showed that sck gene kept close catena- tion with hpt gene, they could be transferred to F,, but there were some exceptions. Agronomic characteristic, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, dry matter accumulation of D62AS and its hybrid combinations had not distinct change, sck gene segregated by dominant genetic pattern of 3:1 in the F2 of hybrid combination. PCR analysis of borer white head plant showed positive.
