摘要
报废汽车数量逐年增加,对报废汽车所产生的固体废弃物的不合理回收将会造成环境污染和资源浪费。如何正确处理报废汽车,以保护环境、节约资源,是一个需要建立在完善的法规体系基础上来解决的问题。文章分析了欧盟关于报废汽车的指令立法背景、基本框架、主要内容及其各成员国执行情况;借鉴欧盟关于报废汽车的指令,根据我国国情提出了完善我国报废汽车再生利用产业的建议。
