摘要
从目前我国政府信息公开方式的现状入手,从图书馆的角度出发,分析了图书馆实施政府信息公开的优势和劣势,并在此基础上重点阐述了《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的颁布和施行,将对图书馆工作带来的机遇和挑战。
Starting with the present situation of government information open in our country, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of implementing government information open in library, also expatiates on the opportunities and challenges it bring to library.
