摘要
教育的发展离不开教师,教育改革的成败关键在于教师。高校英语教师的专业发展是英语教师职业素养的重要组成部分。探索英语"教师专业"及"专业发展"的内涵,分析专业发展的内因与外因,有助于英语教师培养"自我发展意识",加快专业发展步伐;同时,也为进一步构建英语教师专业发展的理论模式与培训模式奠定基础。
The EFL teachers are principal parts in the development of higher education; they play the key roles in Chinese higher education reform. EFL teacher＇s accomplishment greatly depends on their professional development. This paper tries to explore the connotation and denotation of EFL teacher＇s professional development, and analyze the inner factors and outer factors leading to the development. The research will help to improve the self-development awareness of EFL teachers and serves as a foundation for further theoretic frames and practical models.
